Trouble speaking and writing english in College

To Department of Education in chuuk. Please allow me to share what I think would be best for your future students. Most Public Schools in chuuk, teachers are teaching or giving explanations in the classroom using our native language while using english textbook. I suggest this may change to make a very good impact on students who are growing up consider to further education in Colleges. All American standard or accredited Colleges don't speak chuukese in the classroom, english. I now found myself trance sometimes in class when teacher is giving lecture because I barely understand what he or she says. Most of the times, I read to study, listening to teacher and trying to understand him or her sometimes help and most not. I blame my previous primary and secondary school. Teachers hardly explain things in english. I am very used to that, listening to the explanation of things learned in chuukese. I envying my friends who are graduated from Xavier, SDA and so on.. They take english very easy as I have hard times understand. Sometimes I questioned them about if they do really understand and yes, they have no problem listening and understanding one when speaking english. They use english while going to these schools..""CHUUK DOE"", I suggest and beg you to enforce speaking english in class. Make teachers not to speak native lingo unless during native language class. I am sure not only me find english as trouble in College. Some of my friends could not even speak english properly. I level myself very very poor english speaker but other friends of mine are more worse.. Please help our brothers and sisters preparing their path to College.
